Job Description • You support in the digitalization and automation of our commercial reporting. • You optimize together with other Stakeholders our Project Management Tool by creating user stories and testing. • You contribute to the constant improvement of our processes and enabling material. • You analyze and track our commercial KPIs. Qualifications • Personality: team-minded, structured, self-motivated, network thinking, good communication skills, interested in the "big picture" • Working Practice: analytic thinking, outcome-oriented, entrepreneurial • Experience and Knowledge: good practical knowledge in Excel or PowerBI, insights in Sales Controlling beneficial, project management advantageous • Enthusiasm: Enjoyment of the area of responsibility with an atypical mix of customer orientation, I(o)T and controlling • Education: completed university degree (Bachelor) in the area of business administration, business informatics or similar with concrete intention to start master studies • Languages: strong english and german language skills Additional Information The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After the bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the professional and entrepreneurial context. The second phase includes the master's degree and involves further events and seminars, as well as personal guidance from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
