You will be responsible for developing, documenting, implementing and maintaining automation of processes using PowerShell, Power Automate and RPA.You will manage advanced features of our Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive and raise support tickets to Microsoft when needed.You will be responsible for the configuration, deployment and management of our Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Defender Endpoint Security.You will be responsible for the administration of our infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) in Microsoft Azure to ensure smooth operations, propose improvements and look for cost savings.You will be in charge of other Infrastructure SaaS Applications like our ticket system OTRS.
Together with your team you will be also responsible to manage our Network Infrastructure (firewalls, access points and switches) both on-premises and on the cloud and ensure uniform policies are in place (Security, Routing, NATing, IP subnetting and L2, among others).You will be tasked with the administration of our Citrix DaaS console and monitor our virtual apps and desktops infrastructure.You will be in charge of applying the requirements from our Cybersecurity team and correcting settings based on their findings.You will be responsible to manage our domains, public DNS and certificates.
Your Profile- Successful completed IT training, IT studies or comparable qualification.
- Strong understanding in Windows Server Administration, Identity- and Access Management and Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Power Automate, Intune, Defender. Microsoft certifications (f.e. previous MCSA or new role-based) would be helpful but not strongly necessary.
- Strong understanding of network concepts, such as routing, natting, IP subnetting, DNS, domain and certificate management.
- Experience with Citrix solutions and virtualization.
